Used only when appropriate.
Ozone treatment is reserved for appropriate vacant units and requires proper safety procedures. It is not an occupied-space treatment.

Odor treatment can be paired with carpet cleaning and other unit-readiness services when the property needs multiple issues handled.

Treatment Based on the Severity of the Odor
Ozone Treatment
Ozone can be offered as an additional odor-treatment option when appropriate. Ozone treatment is performed in vacant units using appropriate safety procedures and re-entry requirements.
Intensive Odor Removal
For severe or persistent odor problems, Atlas Prime offers a separate, more extensive odor-removal service. This process can take up to four hours to complete and is reserved for situations where standard treatments are not sufficient.
