MULTIFAMILY DRYER VENT CLEANING
Commercial Dryer Vent
Cleaning
Dryer vent service built for apartment communities, from individual units to property-wide cleanouts, with the dryer connection, ductwork and airflow checked as part of the service.
BUILT FOR PROPERTY TEAMS
More than pushing a brush through the vent.
Atlas Prime works through the dryer connection and vent line, checks airflow and communicates damaged components or access issues that may need the property team's attention.
FOR APARTMENT COMMUNITIES
One dryer or hundreds of units.
Dryer vent layouts vary from property to property. Some units have straightforward access while others may have stacked machines, tight utility spaces, longer vent runs or damaged transition ducts.
Atlas Prime can handle individual service calls or coordinate larger property-wide cleaning projects around the building's layout and access requirements.
OUR DRYER VENT CLEANING PROCESS
What we handle at each unit.
Inspect the Connection
We inspect the dryer connection and low wall opening before cleaning begins.
Clean the Dryer Vent
Lint is cleaned from the accessible dryer area and the vent line is cleaned using commercial rotary brushes and vacuum equipment.
Check the Transition Duct
The transition duct behind the dryer is inspected. Damaged flexible duct can be replaced when needed.
Test Airflow
Airflow is checked after cleaning to help identify whether the vent line is moving air as expected.
Final Review
We review the exterior termination where accessible and notify the property team of damaged components, restrictions or repairs that need attention.
Our Dryer Vent Cleaning Process
Inspect the Dryer & Vent Connection
Inspect the dryer connection, transition duct and wall opening before cleaning begins.
Clean the Lint Tray & Dryer Area
Clean the lint tray and accessible lint buildup around the dryer.
Clean Behind the Dryer
Clean the floor and remove accumulated lint and debris from behind the dryer.
Brush & Vacuum the Vent Line
Clean the vent line using a rotary brush and vacuum system to loosen and remove accumulated lint.
Blow Out the Vent Line
After brushing and vacuuming, use a blower to push remaining loose lint and debris through the vent line.
Inspect the Transition Duct
Inspect the transition duct for damage or deterioration and replace it when necessary.
Final Dryer & Airflow Test
Run the dryer after cleaning to confirm airflow through the vent and verify that the dryer is heating properly.
WHEN WE FIND DAMAGE
We flag it instead of ignoring it.
If we find a damaged transition duct, punctured material, restricted access or another condition affecting the service, we notify the property team. Flexible transition duct replacement is available when appropriate.
DIFFICULT ACCESS
Not every dryer setup is the same.
Stacked dryers, tight closets and unusual vent routes can require additional time or a different approach. We account for those conditions when planning larger projects.
If a vent route requires specialized roof or attic access, that work is evaluated separately rather than assumed to be part of a standard unit cleaning.
