What we handle inside the unit.
Remove & Clean Vent Covers
Vent covers are removed and cleaned. Repainting them bright white can be added when the property wants a cleaner finished appearance.
Brush & Vacuum Ducts
Duct runs are cleaned using a duct brush together with our truck-mounted vacuum system.
Apply Aerosol Duct Sealant
Aerosol duct sealant is applied inside the ductwork as part of the service scope.
Clean Air-Handler Coils
The air-handler coils are cleaned as part of the unit-level AC cleaning process.
Clean the AC Closet
Dust and debris are cleaned from the AC closet to leave the service area in better condition.
Antimicrobial Treatment
Antimicrobial treatment is included as part of our AC duct cleaning service.
PROPERTY-WIDE COORDINATION
A repeatable scope across multiple units.
For larger projects, Atlas Prime works through the property schedule unit by unit. The goal is a consistent scope, clear coordination and communication with the property team when access or unit conditions require attention.
The property provides the unit list, access plan and any project-specific requirements.
We work through the units around the property's operational needs and access.
If access, damaged components or another condition affects the scheduled work, we flag it for the property team.
VENT COVER FINISHING
Clean them, or clean and repaint them.
When vent covers are aged or discolored, cleaning alone may not provide the finished appearance a turn requires. Repainting the covers bright white can be added to the scope when requested.
